  Last week my car was making a awful noise so I brought it into hi q and asked them to have a look for me. The young manager Chris was really helpful and took my car for a road test and said I needed new brakes and if I left my car at the garage they would sort it by the afternoon for me. I decided to go into town whilst waiting for my car to be ready, and they phoned me two hours later to let me know it was ready. I’ll defiantly be back, was nice to feel comfortable entering a garage being a female with no idea and being made to feel welcome. Thankyou again.

  Phoned earlier in the day to check they had my tyre in and what time they finished. Was told 5.15. Got there at 4.50 to find them locking up and refusing to change my tyre. Website says they close at 5.30. Wish I could knock off 40 minutes early every day.
