- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-16, by Steve BeazleyThe service offered was abysmal, but may well be a central office/company policy to make returning faulty/misdescribed goods as difficult as possible. Insisting faulty goods had to returned to the branch they were purchased from. They only keep a very limited range of makes of running shoe - mostly their own brand Karrimor label. I for one tend to avoid them.
